So today, I was going about my business at work and decided to go to the toilet. A colleague was heading that way too, so I am standing at the urinal doing my own business and realize that he's videoing me and essentially catches my dick in the video - now, I am not exactly dick shy or anything, but I thought that he just overshot the boundary line by a shit tonne.

He then proceeds to share the picture of my dick in our work group on Whatsapp, I mean shit right? We have banter and stuff, I am an ethnic minority and they're all white, so the chat gets messy, I don't mind it. But I thought it was just fucked up of doing that;

a) at work

b) to a guy you've known for 10 months!?

I got extremely aggrevated and was extremely close to pouncing him, but I've refrained and instead went to try to calm myself down, after about an hour of sitting outside chain smoking I went to the HR department and told them am leaving today, until am ready to come back.

So the question is, because I seem to be getting mixed opinions - such as my dad saying "It's not that big a deal" and another one of my friends in the same sector saying that it happens, is this banter or am I wrong in thinking that you have to be one fucked up individual to do something like that?

I have friends whom I've known for 10+ years, and I would never be in a shit state, drunk, drugged up or whatever enough to actually take a picture of their penis and share it.

Well I would be the first to admit that am the worlds biggest troll when it comes to pranking your coworkers, but even I know that boundaries like that should NEVER be violated.

If I was a female and he would have caught a nip slip, I would be in a position to take the company to the cleaners. But as a guy, I think a picture of your dick leaking out is about as embarassing as it's going to get.

If you've gone as far as leaving work you might aswell sue him. It's bang out of order and I'd have smashed him the minute I seen him videoing me. Unlike you I'm actually not comfortable with the "lads" looking at my dick. For my gf's eyes only.

Yeah. You got a lot to learn about the corporate world. One of the first questions HR director has asked me is if it was someone of senior position to gauge company's liability.

Sad thing is, I am not dick enough to ruin the guys career because of that lack of boundary. Its construction industry, so their sense of humour is brash and knucklehead, but am still distressed as fuck.

That's true. But the second thought that crossed my mind was "It's unprofessional to pounce and hammer that guy into the ground", ironically enough whilst he was doing a compilation of my dick.

So basically you are letting him ruin you instead of him. If you don't want to ruin his career give him a chance to settle it privately.  I'm sure a few months wages will sort him out and help you move on. 

I think whichever route I take, I just can't work in that environment, it would get too toxic for me. He will already experience disciplinary action as my director and the company CEO got involved (Kind of hard for him not to, when his office is right next to HR), and chances are it has roadblocked his career for several years.

By bringing this to official sources it basically casts a bad light on him, which is rightly deserved, especially considering the HR director is father of his boss (Company's incestious as fuck, despite having about 3k operatives nationwide).

I've begun looking for another job, with experience and references I have now am sure I won't struggle at all, but I will definitely explore the opportunity of suing the company itself, as it has ocurred on the company property, with the company equipment.

You should report his ass. You have the power in your hands to have his ass fired if you want.
