I can't believe people are so mean to a Dreamcast! But nice work by Tamron, saving the little system!

Now just ship it to me so I can enjoy the greatness of Ikaruga on Dreamcast.

The Gamecube could survive a nuclear winter...

Who would throw away a console in the middle of the woods? This isn't a portable device, it couldn't just fall from someone's pockets. You have to carry the thing and leave it in the middle of nowhere.
Nice restoration, by the way.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

One of the things about Japan is extremely strict recycling laws, to a point of large fines for putting the wrong type of plastic in your plastics recycling, so when people have something like an old games console and don't want to go through the pain of finding somewhere to sell it for a few yen, and don't want to pay for electronics recycling bags (specific bags for old electronics, that cost more than normal bags, and trash collection wont take it unless its in the right bags), people go out of their way to throw things away in a way that they won't be caught, hence this.

It's not uncommon to find electronics and other hard-to-dispose items hidden away far off the beaten path in wooded areas sadly!

Destroyed a perfectly fine "lost in the woods" case mod.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Did he rescue the Dreamcast? Or did the Dreamcast rescue him? Think about it.
