I have been bashed a few times trying to say that Darksiders is the Mature, Gritty, Dark version of LoZ that many Nintendo fans are longing for. Especially D2! According to VGC it only sold 130,000 copies on Wii U.

I really need to finish the 1st one, then start the 2nd one. It's waiting on my PS3 HDD. I will probably get this version, too, if it has quite a few improvements.

This seems so random. Why not release the first game too, as part of a dual "definitive" edition. Only the sequel will sell poorly!

I love this game. Got the first one free on ps+, bought the second discounted on ps+, loved in so much I hunted down the special collectors edition which was only sold in a few countries in the EU (most countries in Europe, Asia and america got the Anne collects edition but Deaths mask was plastic. The limited EU edition had a thick resin mask and only 13,300 were made.

Also, the story and characters are miles ahead of DmC, DMC and Bayonetta. In fact I would compare the epicness of the story to God of War, and even call it better than GoW. The story and lore in this game proved to me that SSM could make an open world GoW and not gimp out on the story.

The original is super cheap on PSN as well. Was only £4 here in the UK when I bought it, only downside is the size, it's 10gb.

I've heard that quite a few times, and those are only encouraging words considering my love for the Zelda franchise. Although I have heard 2 is a bit more hack-and-slash than the original (not that I mind though).

I'm one of those weirdos that prefers to buy physical copies unless I'm absolutely forced, so I'd probably just end up buying it on Amazon or something, lol.

I just want to say that I like Darksaiders 2.... but if Darksaiders 2 was a Zelda game then would be the worst Zelda game ever made and Nintendo would be harshly criticied for that...

It seems like Zelda, but is faaaaaaaaar from the quality of any Zelda. I would say that is a Zelda for the poor man.

Anyway the game is good, is worth your time and your money, and probably is very cheap on WiiU.

Loved the first game! It was a tight adventure and War is a more interesting character than Death. The second one went open world and dissolved the tightness of the first's experience. The plot was also to me not as involving, so never finished it, unlike the first game.
