So barey beaten by the 3ds, wow, only 40K with a new model release plus zelda remake. PS4 is doing great.

3DS "Family" > PS4 > N3DS = Xbone > Others

PS4 beat the N3DS launch :P

Supply restraint

(though its slightly true, but Congrats to PS4 non the less)

Here is the thing though, with Uncharted 4 being delayed, MS DEFINITELY has the upper hand SW wise going into the holidays (and Pre E3, of course).

MS will have Halo 5 & Tomb Raider exclusive this holiday. Even if TR comes to PS4 later, it'll be exclusive to the XBone this holiday. I also think MS will have the Xbone for $299 this Holiday, probably bundled with a game or two as well.

Of course, Sony will probably cut the price to $299 too, but, unless we get a surprise announcement, MS will have the upper hand to win Nov + Dec again this year and shorten the gap.

I really really doubt Sony will cut the price to $299.

The gap will be bigger than last year... last year gap was ~500k... this year will be bigger.

Ohhhhhhhhh...

PS4 to Xbone gap this February is bigger than last year...

The gap is widening... it will be even bigger than last year.

I think a $299 PS4 would be enough to combat just about anything MS has this holiday.  Unless MS drops the price to $249 with a few games.  Of course, I'm pretty sure Sony is going to announce something for this holiday at E3.

I just realised that in March Sony might hit 400k

What is the usual Feb -> Mar change for consoles?

Since at least the fifth generation, March is usually down a bit from February, though there have been a few notable exceptions. Last year the PS4 and XBO were both up in March from February (though the XBO had Titanfall and the PS4 had Infamous, so there is that). So, there's a high probability the PS4 may drop to 300-ish next month, though it could stay flat or even rise slightly.

March is a 5 week month and ps4 has type o and Bloodborne both looking better than the order on amazon.  It will be up nicely for ps4.

PSV TV > 30k
PSV < 30k

I'm crazy of Vita did ~60k.

It really is a very good number, surprisingly Vita will be up YoY. But that vita tv figure will spike for just this month. It had a s*** ton of discounts this month, i totally missed my $40 chance on Amazon (well alot of people did actually)

Well, spin works both ways.

The Order lost to a remake.

I thought you were talking about the hardware and not software.  Yeah it lost to a remake.  The way you say that it sounds like a remake is a bad thing. Personally I think MM is good.

Don't you need to play it first before you say that. ;)

Man, forget about 50% WW, PS4 looks to be on its way to 50% in just the US.  Especially after it hits $299.
