This is a serious question, do most European countries actually lack the mechanisms to separate religious law and state law? In the U.S. there can't be any laws based on religious beliefs and federal law always takes precedence over religious doctrine.

State law goes above religious law in Europe although some exceptions have been made for religions. Point is that a state law in Europe could be annualized and reformed by a religious based law if there are enough votes, for a political party given the fact that the percentage of muslims in Europe is rising, mostly low educated north Africans or people from the middle-east a Muslim party could do very well and make the scenario which I stated above happen.

But...that's a long way off isn't it? I mean...only like 5% of people in the Netherlands are Muslims...and what percentage of those are even pro sharia law? Also, doesn't the Netherlands have some sort of protection from religious based law?

It is a long way off but with uncontrolled immigration ans a deflation of Dutch people ans a relatively higher fertility rate of immigrants numbers tend to change pretty quickly over a period of ten years and the ten years after that etc. especially considering that Africa's and Asia's population tends to grow rather fast and in times of instability which is inevitable guess where they are heading to.

I'm terrified by the flood of Muslims and what it means for us. We should absolutely stop it, seal the borders and don't let more of them in. My country hasn't been affected by it much thus far, but they are slowly growing in numbers. I don't want Poland to turn into what Belgium/France/Netherlands has turned into and to what Scandinavia is turning in as well. Personally, I'd go as far as to take back the passports and nationalities they were given and send them back home. Of course not everyone (there's no point in that), but let's say if you're not European for 3 generations and you remain unemployed for a given period of time (6 months? 12 months?), you can lose the passport and be kicked out. That way maybe we could at least start to civilize the Muslim ghetto's that are already in existance and get rid of those immigrants that bring no added value. But I know that Europe is too weak to do what's best for it and they are taking advantage of it. You can't be tolerant to intolerant people and unfortunately Muslims aren't tolerant and they are a massive threat to us. I believe that in less than 10 years Belgium will be the first Muslim country in Europe. Wonder what's gonna happen there in a couple decades more...

I feel that soon the only Western countries left in the world will be Australia and New Zealand. They aren't scared of kicking immigrants out.

How would you feel if Irish and English people had the same view of all the Polish Immigrants? You say Muslims aren't tolerant? All of them? Every single one of them is intolerant? I have met many racist Polish people who think black people are monkey and generally have a terrible level of education regarding culturalism. Should I judge all polish off the Polish man who killed and ate 3 swans in my neighborhood and round them all up and deport them back to Poland? Should i judge all Polish generally as you do with Muslims?

Nope you shouldn't because technically you can't EU membership but even though the post your reacting is overexplorating and forgets to add a zero here and there and no European country will turn into an Islamic state soon but nogo areas and more political influence are probable and in my opinion not preferable.

But if those polish would be unemployed for a longer period of time and are living on the taxpayer while refusing to further Integrate while there's no war at his mother country that could be a solution since the common people will be more positive towards the 90% that remains living in the country.

well then how many Islam parties are there in Europe? and how successful are they?

Looking back at the European election 2014. In Germany, 1% of the votes would have been enough to claim a seat in the parliament.
How many Islam parties participated? Zero, despite having around 4m Muslims living here. Sure, not all 4m are able to vote, but they only needed 300,000. Easily achievable.
Similar case in Berlin. About 7% Muslims, but again there wasn't even a party who tried to get into the state parliament at the last election.

Any Europeans who value their freedom and security should move to the United States where we crack down on these people. In January a Muslim in Ohio was arrested before he could attempt to kill government workers and the President in support of ISIS. A Bosnian was arrested in Indiana in February who was funneling resources to terrorists in the Middle East. After his arrest six others were found to be in on it and were arrested. We have a no fly list with 50,000 names on it of people who are not allowed to enter the United States of America (Canada also has one that is far less extensive, 2,000 names, but no other country does.)

Is the problem that they're entering Europe illegally or is it just that a lot of them are coming to Europe? If it's the former then I would be concerned, if it's the later then I think you should embrace it, As long as they play by the rules of whatever country the want to live in then I don't see the problem.

Well with more coming and being a democratic society a larger portion of people will have stronger influence in the culture and the way things are.

As long as the fundamental human rights are firmly intact and the immigrants understand that there must be a level of flexibility on their part since they're the ones immigrating (ie they can't ban alcohol, prok, infringe on freedoms already intact because they don't like it), then there shouldn't be a problem.

Besides mosques are rising everywhere and some ministers are already considering that arabic should be teached in Dutch schools, perhaps not a terrible Idea since many imigrated family's refuse to learn Dutch and my mother is amaternity nurse and regulary experiences a huge language barrier.

Throw them into the sea, I say. ;)

Honestly, I don't get what's wrong with these people, when in Rome and all that...migrating to country and then refusing to adapt to its customs, instead persisting on your ways and even trying to push your agenda on your host is a 100% guaranteed way to give rise to ultra-nationalists - and we all know how that will end.
