Woohoo! Whenever anything displeasing is said about anything Nintendo-related you can count on Samus Aran to fight back.  I had a bet with my friend that I'd knew you'd quote me in retaliation from my initial post, you've just won me $20 thanks!  Quite predictable you are. =P

Yea yea the pics you provided is completely different for XBX, but I was referring to the character designs in the OT, not some monster scenary.  I said it looked like PS2 graphics because of all the pixel edges around the characters and bland colours on their clothes, just like that Star wars screenshot of the trooper =P 

Wii U is suppose to be on par with PS3/360 (if not better), so I don't think those character designs in the OT looked like on the same/or better level then last gen graphics.

Even if some characters have a strange look, I love the Elma design.

They're ok, probably won't spend too much time on costumes (At least I hope)

It doesn't quite look like a PS2 game, but still no need to defensive.  There was no swearing, name calling, just stating his opinion in a mature manner.

The character model is okay, its their eyes that looks a bit creepy, that said, the world looks gorgeous and most gamer will spend more time looking at it intead of thier faces.

I thought the ones in XC looked even worse (artistically, technically they obviously looked much worse). My opinion of character models is often tied to the quality of their movement and facial animations though, both of which XC and XCX fall short on. I feel the same way about the majority of PS3/360 (and earlier gens) games too :p

I loved this one, except the helmet (wich can be changed, so no problem):

I also loved the fact I can slap a mask on the ugly 13 year old girl.

Personally, I think all the characters look fine. It's just the standard main boy character I don't like.
