Clicked the link to the article and read that it was about #GamerGate so I'm just bailing out now.
At first I thought that whole thing was just about corruption in videogames journalism(which I was always keen on and is especially bad* within the games industry), then a whole bunch of stuff happened and muddied the waters(I think there were death threats and doxxing at one point, which I don't even know how that would come into this thing), and now I have no idea what it's about anymore.
*Bad in that journalists are way too close to publishers and developer and sometimes look for ways into the game industry through journalism or are from PR backgrounds and the whole issues with ads and marketing influencing scores and the industry in general being very tight knit.
