In Wisconsin, where i currently live, it is far too common with very little consequence. I often see people on the local news with 7th OWI or even 12th. In Ireland, where i grew up, peoplle are generally strict with it since the early 90's and I couldn't get used to the lax culture here regarding drink driving. It infuriates me.
