Forums - Gaming Discussion - Is the Order a Trophy Gift-card from Sony?

okay i know we had enough threads about the order but this is something i find very interesting

http://psnprofiles.com/trophies/3291-The-Order-1886

I platined the order yesterday and i have to say its one of the easiest Platins out there to get, you can see it as a good or a bad thing.

The platin trophy isnt even requiring you to beat the game on the hardest defficulty , and you can later on go back to the exact scene in every part of the game to collect all collectibles.

PSN profiles says that 39% of people who played the order got the platin trophy which is a very high number, and whats even more interresting is that the game doesnt give you any bronze trophies. So the game will increase your PSN expierence points a lot.

Over 50% of people who played The Walking Dead have the platinum too. That game is even more of a give away since all you have to do is finish the game to get it.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

You know, we can hate The Order all we want, but to say that The Order is a mere trophy gifter is the final blow to poor Ready At Dawn. Like, really.

It doesn't have any bronze because there's less trophies overall. They all have the same value if they have a platinum trophy. That being said yeah it's pretty darn easy but TWD is still the easiest. Everyone should have the platinum on that. You literally get it from beating the linear game.

well it has to be pointed out if the trophies are that easy to get and its only silver and gold trophies. Like i said you can see it as a good or bad thing, i see it as good thing since i didnt payed for the game but borrowed it from my Big Brother.

I actually enjoyed the game for what it was and when i realized that the platin trophy was that easy i spent extra hours searching for stuff strenging the game length to 13hours or something. Although it was a bit more borring to play that way but i got the platin almost in my first playtrough, just had to collect 3 collectibles from the ealier parts when i havent played that way.

The order is not a bad game but really wouldnt buy it for 60 bucks. 40 bucks would be a good price and with those easy silver/gold trophies there is even more aditional weight to consider buying it, besdies graphics.

yeah but the walking dead is full of bronze trophies, the order gives a lot more expierence points because its all gold and silver

Ruler the actual number of people who have the platinum is around 6%. Psnprofiles and the like have people signed up who are much more likely to get trophies.

But yes it's really simple. aafter getting the gta 5 platinum I'm not complaining though. Nice to have an easy one for once!

if so, then i think Infamous First Light is more suitable as a trophy gift-card since they both earn you total of 1,230pts, but Infamous First Light is much shorter and cheaper...

It's this gen's Linger in Shadows!

There should be a study if games with only shady to earn platinum trophies sell more
