It's not just the bundle. Even though The Phantom Pain is multiplatform, it will push a lot of PS4s pretty much like FF did before and will do again.

Doubt it. The white Destiny Bundle was WW and the game had more hype than any I had seen up until that point.

It'll move a lot in Japan, which is a territory the PS4 needs massive ground in. Not sure it'll pass Destiny but it will do a good deal for sure.

I do not see how it will eclipse the Destiny bundle since it is only going to be available in Asia. If it were to release WW it has the potential to be a monster. Too bad Sony is not going that route.

i dont think the phantum pain will push more PS4's than Destiny. the Destiny bundle was announced for 3 months in advanced, and had a new color with it. i think Destiny week > MGS week. however, MGS along with a price cut, can make sep 2015> sep 2014. it will be a close call i think.

It definitely can. Honestly, the Destiny bundle didn't do nearly as well as it could have, and MGS is very well established franchise, especially onPlaystation. No reason why it won't push at least a couple million PS4's. Probably a lot more.

Damn you ethomaz i was discussing this yesterday and was gonna make this thread. It probably depends on two things. Does sony exclusively market it and will 360 and ps3 versions affect it much.
