Playing the stages like these, I couldn't help but wonder how amazing Mario Galaxy 3 on Wii U would look with similar lighting.

Right? It would look inkredible.

But anyways, yeah I've thought about that since Super Mario 3D World came out. I feel like they keep dropping hints, but at the same time it's almost wishful thinking to anticipate another 3D Mario on the Wii U. I don't think there's any doubt we'll see a Galaxy 3 someday, though. Whether it be on the the Wii U, NX or whatever console Nintendo puts out in the future.

Hm, my Wii U froze twice while uploading Splatoon screenshots to abload... I played the singleplayer before the patch. Never happened with other games.

Honestly I am impressed by Splatoons graphics. All the trailers and pics I saw simply dont do the game justice.

I agree! Game looks excellent in motion, though at least on my 42 inch TV, you can see a bit of pixelation on the character models. Still a very nicely styled game though! The fluid gameplay also adds to the whole experience imo.
