Nintendo uses all their money, and secures GTA VI as a Wii u exclusive. Because:

*It would sell so many consoles it's not even funny

*The meltdowns would be out of this world.

Only the pokemon option sounds the most realistic which that's what i would believe would save the Wii U. As crazy as amiibo is, if nintendo created an amiibo for each pokemon for gamers to collect and better their party in the game then that would be insane.

Option 2 would be what I want them to do... but I think the most probable is that Nintendo will make an Amiibo Land game (option 8)

Better yet, partner with SE and make a new game (Mario RPG) instead of another remake

GTA is one of the few franchises that gets everyone's attention. If that happened it would be the best chance for Wii U to turn its fate around. But R* would need to be insistent from the start that this game will NEVER leave Wii U. It would be the only way to hammer it into people's heads that it won't go anywhere. Even then there would be doubters and haters and everything under the sun.

Existing IP would never do it. Nintendo needs to come up with something as fresh as when Mario first came on the scene.

Stealing an IP like GTA and making it exclusive might have a big effect. But the sort of money Nintendo would have to throw down for that would be ridiculous.

Pokémon sandbox game would sell more hardware and software.
