This is pretty normal, there are xb1 deals like this literally constantly here, you can get them cheaper than a Wii U sometimes which is hilarious. Some good Ps4 deals pop up now and again too, although nowhere near as many.

Only on the Microsoft store. The usual price on Amazon and others retailers like Game has being between £299 and £329 for the AC Unity bundle. Now it's at £279.

In Germany you can get the xbox for 280€, roughly 200 Pounds.
