For obvius reason, i think that Wii U was a much better first year.

I loved Mario 3DWorld, Wonderful 101, Zombi U, Rayman, Splinter cell Blacklist, Deus EX, and i like Mario U, AC III/IV, CoD BO II.

wii u. not even fucking close

2013 is often cited as being a poor year for Wii U, but seeing that list of software it had a decent line up of games. Still baffles me why it hasn't sold at least a million or 2 more than it has. It even had the latest versions of COD, Batman and Assassins Creed to compliment great exclusives like 3D World, Sonic, Lego City, W101, Monster Hunter and Pikmin.

First year, Wii U easily.

I think the second year will be very tough. The second year for Wii U had some gems, but quantity was a major issue.

Year 3 though... I think it's going to swing back in the Wii U's favor. This year I am expecting many great things from Wii U. The quantity seems to be good, they just need the usual quality to push it over the hump. But most of the must have games being first party, I think it can achieve it easily. A lot is going to ride on the quality of Zelda (easy win), Xenoblade X (a little worried about there being SO FREAKING MUCH the performance is going to take a hit), Splatoon (new team), Devil's Third (Nintendo needs a third party to knock one out of the park), and an awesome Star Fox (come on giant space battles!), ect. We shall wait and see.

Others might not think that the software line-up is as good as you think it is.

A moment,

FIRST YEAR: Wii U (2012+2013) PS4 (2013+2014)

SECOND YEAR: Wii U (2014) PS4 (2015)

THIRD YEAR: Wii U (2015) PS4 (2016)

Ecc...

It not only had good exclusives but also a fair few multiplats, this is before Third Party went tits up on Wii U. Like I said, I never expected gangbuster sales but be sitting at least on 11-12 million at this stage.

ps4 got a lot more games than this in 2014 like the Evil Within
