I dont know but if it is the biggest title so i would say if it is big it would be these:
Shadow of mordow
GTA V
Dragon Age
Dark Souls
Destiny
Far cry 4
or another game from this year( the witcher 3, final fantasy, and those)

I don't think Microsoft owning it means anything. Microsoft wants Minecraft on everything.

-Not hardcore
-Not M-rated
-Biggest project ever
-PS4/XB1 port, not PS3/360

What could that even be? Honestly.

The GAF rumor said that there is one port *to* the other 8th gen consoles, from Wii U, and then a port from an unknown source, to Wii U.

So it doesn't have to be a PS4/X1 game.

Pretty much the only non-shovelware option for the port to 4/1 is ZombiU. Sonic Lost World on a very slim chance.

Yeah I can only think of Madden or Fifa based on those criteria.
