So, the short story is, there's a facility in Chicago operated by the local police, staffed by former Gitmo staff, used for "disappearing" citizens - ie, arrested and detained for indefinite time without any form of record, and attorney access has been denied. It has surfaced that a man died in this facility... nobody knows or are how he died, and nobody knows why he was detained in there in the first place.
This is so abhorrently evil and unconstitutional, that it'll probably be kept out of the courts.
