Would love a new one. Doesnt have to be a sequal. I woud take a remake aswell.

They did release the "Extended Edition" on Steam a little while ago. Adds Steamworks and Twitch integration as well as some small graphics improvements.

It's probably not going to happen unless RTS games really start kicking off again. I think the HD remakes and extended versions (AoE 2, AoM, RoN) on Steam have sold relatively well so maybe they might look back on them and try to rejuvenate the genre. It's a long shot though.

Really, the last big RTS left is Starcraft. I guess you could count the Total War games and there are some smaller Indie/Kickstarter attempts.

RTS is my favorite genre unfortunately after a massive 90's boom its now dead. For me company of heroes is the best example of a.rts game.

I'll be buying it off steam for sure! 

How much is it currently?  And we're you a big fan of the original and the titans expansion? 

I still have it along with the expansion working on a disc so I'll get it on sale too.  I'd pay that price easily if it weren't for the fact I've over 20 games on ps3/ps4 to get through.  

But yeah you'll be playing through my teenage hood with this game!  The soundtrack is so relaxing and awesome! 

Probably not sadly, it doesn't seem they are going to make a new AoE either which is quite a larger series so I think AoM is out of the question.

I know, but a bit beter water effects arent really what i would like to see.  A complete graphics overhaul is would be better. Maybe adding some new features/units and content wouldnt hurt aswell.
