I don't really consider failing to get 100% on a game being beaten by it. I just don't have time to 100% every game. I don't even have time to play every game I own.
But I grew up in the NES era, so I have a few that I have never been able to beat:
Ninja Turtles - Once you get to the technodrome, it's game over, man.
Destination Earthstar - I couldn't even beat this game with the Game Genie infinite lives code.
I have beaten some of the hard ones, though. All three Ninja Gaiden games, etc. And I have never played Battletoads, so who knows?
