PS3 obviously got the better library. Vita might be better going forward, I dunno. PS3 won't get anymore exclusives, with a few exceptions like Tales of Zestiria. Vita still might. And more indies.

 So like earlier games that use a lot of touch features. Did not know that. That sucks. 

PS Vita if you're in love with JRPGs or RPGs in general.

PS3. And if you love JRPG, please play Ni No Kuni. It's the most amazing JRPG I've played this gen on home consoles. A hidden gem and underated game.

The library alone should justify it. Many games available on Vita are also on PS3. I suppose you would only consider exclusives, but imo this category still goes to the PS3.
