Sure. If they ever announce when the update is coming, I'd say "Of course!" but it's been like 6 months since the 50 fact extravaganza and no news about the DLC/update.

Nah, around 10.5-11mil is about right. Of they announce other characters besides Mewtwo, it could go higher.
At this point, I doubt it.

There's a chance but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't manage to reach it, though that might just be my pessimistic. Not that I wouldn't be excited if it did.
