I don't consider myself to be Iron Banner ready since I"m only level 27. Once I hit 30 or so, I may consider it. I think I hit level 30s for 20 damage right now. :)

Skills matters more than level to be fair... I can play IB with lvl 27 just fine... the level penality is not that big to hold yourself ;)
