HAHAHAHAHA Told you guys the is no stopping the master race xD .
Thats why so many Japan style games are coming to it latly such as MGS and JRPG's etc cos even if jst 5% of that market showed interest in your game thats still huge sales .

And With it becoming easier and cheaper to buy/build PC's that can outperform all 3 next gen consoles and with Console/PC Hybrids coming i expect this market to grow much much bigger, Welcome to the future people.

The numbers don't say much because there are many mmo-style games tha are free and most people play them on PC/Steam (for example Marvel Heroes, Rift etc) so many of them haven't spend a single cent on other games. PC will never be the best or biggest platform as long as it's so easy to pirate everything. That's why Pc gets all the ports and most of the new games have problems. Also, no it's not cheaper at all. In the long run consoles are cheaper, because you buy one for 5-7 years and the prices of the games fall all the time (not steam sales like but it's still better).Consoles were, are and will be the future. And PC doesn't get all the exclusives so there's that as well (it's the biggest deal breaker for me).

Really? People on PC will be playing Street fighter V and Titanfall =p   Most of the exclusives announced for PS4 on the playstation event were ports from PC games ^^'..  Also BF hardline/witcher 3 are not playable with 1080p 60FPS on consoles so I am not sure where you get all the stuff you are talking about =p.

Hail to the Gaben. I wonder what he is doing right now...

Probably in his cash jacuzzi, in a mansion, in Switzerland, drinking wine bottled in the year 333.

Steam logs the user in by default. How many users actually go in a disable the auto-login? No idea. But I can see that there's only 6M users currently online.

I'm pretty sure the wine would have turned to petrol if we're on the same calendar.

Also I'm pretty sure he is one of these rich AND proactive guys, or his company would have turned to shit.

Oh, I forgot one of the '3's. I meant from the year 3333, assuming he has a time machine.

Also, I'm sure he's proactive, but everyone needs to bathe and don't try to tell me that he can't work from Switzerland.

That's a good number of users, but as mentioned above I don't think many of them ( ok, most of them ) spend a dime.

Send a Friend Request On PSN :P

I only log in to input the steam keys i got from the humble bundles. I don't actually play the games.. Damn you humble bundle for making me buy you!

Actually, wine around IV A.D. was still carried around on amphorae, glass was extremely hard to make back in the Roman era.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

This is huge! (and I'm not even counted in, didn't log in for the last 3 months)

But this explains also why MS gives away Windows 10 inclusive their own MS APP Store for free. ;)

Once Steam OS is out and stable there will be a lot of people leaving the Windows OS.
