For me, I'll start off with...

The Playstation 4: Too expensive for me now and all the games I want for it are on the PS3, but next year when Street Fighter V drops... YOU WILL BE MINE! Games I would get are: Street Fighter V, Boarderlands: The Handsome Jack Collection, MGSV: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, FIFA 16, Resident Evil Revelations 2, Devil May Cry HD Edition.

The Panasonic Q (Gamecube/DVD player) with My old Gamecube collection.

And a backlit Modded OG Black Gameboy Advance AGS-101 (too many games to name but a combination of OG GB, GBC, and GBA games)...

If money and time wasn't an issue I'd want every console with every game released for said consoles. Plus since money is not an issue I'd have a giant house where each console had it's own dedicated room. Each room would have the console hooked up to the best TV for it's output, a bookshelf or two showing off it's library of games and some custom movie theater style posters of it's best games on the walls.
