I'm going to say over 3 million life time due to a number of points all of which was from the Q&A

.It’s possible that there will be a story-focused DLC. Jack the Ripper was asked about, and the reply was “there will be maybe important figures from that time.”

.Hinted at a sequel being more open world, when asked about it, Ru Weerasuriya mentioned that they were looking into it.

.The storyline has been planned from 1886 to the present day. He reiterated that the story has to make sense to him through that timeline.

People are REALLY overexpecting from this game. I'll say 1 million (that's what I think it deserves) though it'll end up selling more do to hype. Well now we wait for bloodborne (well PS4 players, but I'm also excited to see how good its going to be).

I think between likely bundles and price drops by years end could close in one three million. Will guess 2.7 for now.
