on hard about one fourth of the games total playtime is shooting i'd say.

But is it good shooting parts?

i like it more than uncharted's singleplayer-gunfights. the order has more interesting weapons.

As real reviews (based upon actual gameplay) are starting to roll in, the Amazon and metacritic scores are slowly creeping upwards.

okay, after some playing at work i musst say the game IS realy easy, but thats fine.and the gameplay isnt that bad at all, not great, but okay. the world is meh and the story is more meh, the game isnt a good movie or a good game, the writing is fine for a normal game, but if you focus so much on a cinematic feeling you should have the writing to be a decent movie.(same problem TLOU had in my eyes).
i dont think 66 is a fair score, it does many things good and it could be alot worse. if a poorly written bad tps like gears got 94, this way better tps should be 80 minimum.

I will put my review in here.

So, I beat the game, got the platinum and went back to certain areas to take in the environments. I must say this game is unique. It took me about 9 hours to beat the game add another 3-4 for the platinum. So 13-14 hours of gaming for 60 dollars... was it worth it? It depends. I will get into that.

Graphics- Amazing. The game is a rental at minimum just to experiance this... My only qualm and I mention this to see if anyone else noticed this is that when I move the camera everything in the distance blurs and then settles after about .5 seconds. At 1st this was a bit nauseating but I got used to it.

Controls- IMO this is the weakest area. I thought the cover system was fine, but I died a few times because of the stiff controls. Nothing game breaking but it was frusturating at times. Also the interactions with the environment seemed delayed. Whether it be climbing, jumping or melee combat it seemed to have a slight delay on the actions. The controls felt like something from GEN 6. Again this is not a deal breaker and barely hurt the overall experiance but I could see a professional reviewer taking alot of points away for this. (even though it did not effect the overall experiance)

Gameplay- The gameplay itself was great. Weapons are awsome. Encounters were varied. Stealth was actually very well done. I preferred the stealth in The Order much more than AC and it was used at the right places. The longest stealth sequece is sandwitched between to very action heavy sequences. I do agree that enemy variety would have added to a already solid gameplay model. As for the Lycan enounters   "spoilers"   yes they are on the weak side, but they are not the main enemy in the game(well techincally they are, but you have to beat it to know what I mean), they are they just to fill in the world that RAD created for this game, but the story itself is not about hunting Lycans. "end spoilers"

I dont like QTEs. Thankfully there were only 2 instances in the entire game where it was used in a way that is annoying (ie when you fail you have to repeat the sequence). I think the longest QTE sequence was about 7 or 8 prompts but there were actually checkpoints within the QTE. I failed one at the last prompt and when I reloaded I only had to redo two of them. I think people confuse button prompts with QTE. There is QTE in the Order but it is not constant.

Story- I liked it, alot. It does climax a little faster than you would expect but it was not as jarring as I expected it to be based off some impressions I have read. It definitly sets up DLC. The writing is spectacular and the plot is very good. I was engaded until the end. If you are looking for a story driven game it has been since summer 2013 since a game has delivered so well.

Environment- Strongest point of the game. The BEST EVER graphics feed into this heavily, but the musical scrore is great also. You can tell this was a priotity in development and I suspect some of the design choices that some people dislike were made for the sake of not sacrificing the environment they were trying to create for the the person controlling this experiance. I was in this fantasy version of London, it was so convincing and well developed I almost want to believed it existed.

Value- Oh boy. The game is not long. The short but sweet cliche applies here and then some. I will be blunt. If your budget is tight... rent it or wait until it is 39.99 or less, it is too short if you dont have steady income or work for minimum wage to pay 60. But you have to play it, it is that good (find a way). If you have any expendable income (ie if you can afford to own multiple gaming consoles, gaming is your hobby and you like speding money on it or have no backlog) get this now, the only regret you will have is that the game ended and left you wanting more. (GOD I HOPE THE DLC picks up where the story left off)

psn- tokila

add me, the more the merrier.

Destiny got a 6.2, and most people companing about that game start a rant with something like, "I've logged 320 hours in this game and now some CHRISTMAS NOOB..."

Haters gonna hate.

i dont like destiny, the gameplay is meh at best, the "story" is realy bad and its just a grindfest. it does everything wrong what a fps can do wrong.

It's a very polarizing game. In response: 2) I played Far Cry 3 and cried with joy when I got back to Destin'y controls, 2) There's a story!? Don't play with me like that!, and 3) All MMOs are eventually a grindfest, but the main campaign and drive for level 30 (now 32) is substantial.

i didnt played far cry on ps4, but yeah, for a console the controlls are okay(but well you normaly dont play fps on consoels because even the best controlls suck hard, thats why we dont get crossplatform multiplayer ), but thats not the problem, the gameplay has other problems(gunplay is so bad)
