Seems like a rather harsh rating from Gamespot but I guess I'll have to play the game for myself to see. Did it have too much water or something?

Other than Gamespot it's about an 8/10, sounds good to me.

Not bad. Better than I expected.

Average is around 75% so far, not bad at all. I'd say it might end up anywhere between 75-80 now.

Well, except for Gamespot, that's what I was expecting.

To be honest, I would like a new Kirby title like Return to Dreamland. That's one of my favorite Wii games.

Also, metacritic is at 78 right now.

Completely expected. Other than the visual style it's a moderately-fun concept and an easy, short game. Nothing special.
