The only relevant statistic that I can remember is doing 2770m on the cooper test when I was in the army 3 years ago. Apparently I have pretty good speed and endurance for someone who doesn't practice running on a regular basis, but nothing spectacular.

I just run 100m and got actually good time marks. In between 12 and 11 seconds, though its been 3 years since I left school so I doubt I can do it again. Id say 13 seconds if I did it today.
