You can find speed of less than 3 hours and in some occasion less than 2 hours for the following games: Bioshock, Devil May Cry 4, God of War 3, Resident Evil 5, infamous second son.
Even the last of us has a speedrun video of 3h40 minutes.
So someone was able to speedrun the game in 5 hours. A lot of other people claimed it took them 10-12 hours.

I am sure it can be beaten in 5 hours. That said I think it will take most people 10+ to beat it. I dont know how long it will take to platinum, maybe 25 hours to plat?
