Sure, but in a broad sense it's every fan base that ruined something for me. Whole websites are dead to me now because of the communities.

The League of Legends community.

It's never bothered me. Most of the time, I'll find some kind of entertainment from various ones. Once in a while, I'll be aware of fanbases that I didn't know existed and I'll be temporally perplexed by them. Bronies for example. Whatever floats your boat.

The Smash Bros fan base is either complaining that a certain character isn't in the game or fighting between Smash 4 +Brawl and Melee. Now I don't even want to look at comments on anything Smash related because it's always complaining.

Not really because I know most of the time it's just a minority.

Not ruin it no. But I can't stand the Final Fantasy fanbase honestly. It's so fractured, and every "sub-fanbase" is just as annoying as the other.

Though video gamers in general piss me off on just how picky, whiny and delusional they are.

Hasn't come to the point to make me wanna drop FF or gaming in general though.

The Melee Fags that claim every other Smash Bros sucks and Melee is their Lord and Savior

I love Melee, but these kinda people ruin it for me

I was going to say no. But then it hit me. The "Blue Ocean" fanbase for the Wii killed Nintendo for me. I used to pretty a pretty hardcore Nintendo (GC was incredible for me) fan, and the Wii had some good games..... but when I saw that E3 with Wii Music I knew Nintendo's days of being revelent with the general gaming populace were numbered. Its really sad.

I own a Wii U, only play it once in a blue moon. Keeping it until Zelda releases. If Zelda is a fail I will be completely done with Nintendo.

Melee was the best. I never tired of it. Brawl was too slow and I tired of it incredibly fast.
