OT: I think 14+ is good... Sex is VERY IMPORTANT in life... marriages end because of it (lack there of or being bad at it). Might as well try to get enough practice in as young as you can...  Only reason why I say this is because I've seen examples of what I said above in RL... Some people I know cheat on their mates because their wife/husband don't do what they like in bed or because they didn't explore enough with different people when they were single... Granted I am speaking from their perspective not mine...

That's why communication is important. 

I am waiting until marriage to have sex and I think that is the best thing to do, but if kids want to have sex, who am I to stop them? Parents can discourage it, but that's basically it. If a kid wants to have sex they will. They just have to live with the consequences like unplanned pregnancies.
