You people need to calm there is no racism here nor because US people did this, it's just a coincident that the media in is own by people who hate Muslim and also their people who back up Hollywood and their supporting the Israel on Palestine.

It's funny reading certain people's posts, I won't quote but you got the one guy saying "you people" are racist because incidents against Muslims aren't reported (even though they clearly are) but an evil white press. Then you have people citing incidents where black cops shoot white unarmed people and it's not news. Than you have white people murdered abroad and it makes news but not when a black woman is murdered (even though it got some media attention) Than you have the spokesman for the White House saying that when a Muslim shooter opens fire in a Koscher deli that he was not targeting people of a specific race or faith.

If you read the above and are confused than guess what, the media is biased on a case by case basis.

It's also interesting that the article mentions them being Muslim, unless that was why they were killed is that relevant. When black or white people are killed it does not list their faith or lack of faith in the title or article, so BIAS BIAS.

First and foremost I will start out by stating this. Unless the murderer admits or states that the murders were racially/religiously motivated it does not matter one fucking iota whether or not the victims were Muslim or not. Stating that they are Muslim in news stories without the admission from the murderer that they it was racially/religiously motivated is only makes this an exercise in "Race" bating.

This post, nor any article I can see, states that the motive for the murders has not been stated by the murderer. In fact in this article: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/02/12/us/shooting-deaths-university-of-north-carolina-murder-charges.html, the perceived motive was over a dispute over a parking space based upon police investigation so far.

Responsible news media should report the murder of 3 individuals, noting that the motive has not yet been found, or as above, that the motive was over-reaction over a parking space. It would be irresponsible for the media to denote the religious, regional, or cultural backgrounds of the people involved.

Is there bias in the media in Muslim countries?  Is there bias in media in South American countries?  Of course there is, I bet if you turn the TV on in Muslim countries you will find a majority of actors are Muslim, well that is racist, I turned on the TV yesterday to a Telemundo and every single person spoke Spanish, not one English speaking person on it, that is so racist isn't it.  Where were the Muslims in South American TV?

You are looking for racism in a country that for the time being is still mostly white and seeing mostly white actors in TV and being reported in the news.  Someday there won't be a white majority in the US and it will be reflected in other ways.  If you want positive things about Muslims in the news, they have to do things and get the attention, it works the same way for any other race.  These 3 people killed could have been killed for any number of reasons, just because a Muslim is killed does not mean it was their faith that made them a target, just like when somebody opens fire in a movie theater and some of the people killed were Christian, it does not mean that was the reason they were killed.  Stop claiming bias when it is inherant in all countries, people and media.
