I'll try to have the index sectioned off a bit more by the end of the weekend, for a more friendly userface.

Well if you wanted a thread to be an "Official" thread then it always had (and has) to be mod approved. This thread can be seen as a handy index of all the official threads; but moreover is a place for the community to see who's making the upcoming threads, find the one they're looking for, and to pick up the slack if someone isn't making the best out of the current thread.

How do you guys make banners?

I just found a picture of the right width (or roughly the right width) on Google and cropped it in paint. Nothing fancy.

Yeah, I just google search images larger than 800x600 in search tools.

From there it's just using the ol' MS Paint to crop it. XD

Oh. So it's that easy.

EDIT: 

I will be working on giving more types of indexes (game threads, league threads, etc) so we can have more room for diversity.

EDIT: New banners implemented. Hopefully that will let the vision be a bit more clear.
