Prediction: Xenoblade Chronicles X Will Be A Bigger System Seller Than MK8+SSBU (in Japan)

I trust this 100%.... NOT! I do think it will provide an immense boost though.

I say no cause MK8+SSB are just way bigger system sellers than X but it would be epic if that was the case

Xenoblade X comes out the same day Golden Week begins, so there will be a bump, there will be no way of knowing if its because of the game or the holiday.

There's no real way to prove you right or wrong there tbone.

Let's hope this game does well.

I'm not sure how you would even be able to determine that. The week over week boosts weren't that great for either game, but how many people bought a Wii U well in advance because of them? And with Xenoblade launching during the holiday there will naturally be a boost anyway that won't be at all attributable to that one game.

TBF so did SSB releasing in Dec. And we can tell going by the boost. If it only goes up lets say 5k then yeah Golden Week was mostly the case but if it goes up by 50%-100% that'll be because of XCX. All we need to do is compare previous years :)

Also, Dragon Quest X comes out on the same weekend(?)

Like i said before, SSBU was released during holdiday too, so its fair game at least between those 2.
