Forums - Website Topics - The Truck Stop - Website Development Updates - Keyboard navigation, yes or no?

Would you enjoy the forums having keyboard navigation (J/K to move up and down a post)?

I'd like that A LOT! 24 22.86%

It would be nice to have 24 22.86%

I don't think I'd use it 30 28.57%

Not really 16 15.24%

Sick of seeing Hadoram's name as the last poster. Have some kittens!

In the home page as in threads, some ads cover up links to hot topics on posts that become unreadable. I visit the site daily on my tablet and this happens more than 90% of times on the home page and half the times on thread pages.

I think I've found a small bug. I was searching through the Hot Topics and wanted to enter the " Nintendo Patent For Supplemental Computing Device Granted" thread, but after clicking on it I was taken to the front page with this url:  http://www.vgchartz.com/#1     The only way I could access that thread was to click on page 1, 2, 3, etc..

This bug happens when the last post reaches the same multiple of your posts per page

I have 10 posts per page, so if the post count for that thread is 10, 20, 30 etc. clicking on it (after you have viewed all the posts) will redirect you to that above link

The site will try to direct you to the post after the most recent, which happens to be on a new page that does not exist yet

Thanks for the answer! That was the first time I came across that bug.

I've found another problem. I tried posting a Tweet and this was the result. I followed every step from this thread, so what the hell happened?

I'm on my tablet and this site has ads that cover text all the time. since today, i can't visit the main page because i get redirected to another page without any chance of view any content. This is getting pretty ridiculous.

It'd be awesome if when viewing a single post it'd be possible to go to its location in the thread. As is the view post button lacks a way to find context.

HTTPS would be nice. I've grown wary of sites/services transferring my password in an unencrypted form, and it could be especially dangerous to users using the site on public WLAN (i.e. WiFi).
