Forums - Gaming Discussion - Where is the outcry with BF:Hardline resolution?

60fps @ 900p isn't bad for a PS4 with it's low spec cpu and low to mid range GPU. 720 on the Xbone is a joke though at least it's 60fps. Both consoles are pretty weak, Xbox One just weaker.

It's not weaker. It's more special.

Some days I run my PC games and benchmarks at 900p out of curiosity (I was considering an XBox One). The image is definitely softer but its never "blurry". 900p wont kill you, especially if its running at 60fps. 720p however?..... eh.

I'm currently playing Metroid Prime and I'm surprised how good the game still looks. So not even 480p will kill me. ;)

This is Battlefield though, I wouldn't want to play it at 480p. *Imagines Battlefield at 480p, sees lots of pixels*

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

Is this what you were wanting to see?

Well now you've done it OP.

Yeah, I doubt there's much buzz for this title anyway, at least compared to BF3 & 4.

Several of my friends who were Battlefield wankers gave up on the series already.

I appreciate your use of the word "wankers". I don't hear that much over here in the United States of America. It always makes me giggle.

I picked up the habit of using it while living in Europe. A very handy word indeed.

Well maybe nobody cares much about this game. And since ps4 is above x1 Sony fans won't bitch much and ms fans preffer to avoid putting the Light source over the subject.

Anyway more important is that they at least deliver a working game.

Problem it's not stable 60fps ( on XB1 or PS4 ), major dips when entering firefights, up to high 30s. Been reading the Neogaf beta thread its really bad. I expect most people to skip this.

I suppose that depends on your definition of "working game". Battlefield 4 had a bug that crashed my Xbox 360 for months when it first came out. It would randomly happen, and I would have to physically turn off my 360 and turn it back on. Apparently this happened across all platforms. This wasn't fixed until well after I stopped playing it. I did not consider that to be a "working game".

I agree with you. I was just saying that thinking about BF4 shitty situation it is better that they at least deliver a working game... But it just seems like it's hard to do nowadays.
