You receive a call to your phone, or this person approaches you when you're about to enter your house. He confesses. He murder someone. You'd ask for details? You think its better not to press for details? Did he do it for the joy of killing? Had him personal motives that forced him to do so?

This buddy is in a bad situation, but someone can save him. You. All he needs is you to fake an alibi. Lie in court.

yes i did, nothing big, and without consequenzen... he is studying law and having a posession of cannabis in the record isnt so good for him, for me on the other side, nobody cares in my field- and they just took my name and i got a letter says that the police has better things to do.

Piracy, drug crime (consumption or selling), anything related to prostitution, tax evasion, hate speech, etc, I will help with.

Theft, murder, rape, anything involving aggression, I'll stand up in court and testify against them.

Depends, if it was something of a fine or some minor trouble they caused I;d defend but if it was straight up murder I cannot defend them.

Really depends on the crime. If it was serious, I probably wouldn't help or testify for them.
