Bloodborne entered the hourly. It's at #99 right now. Hopefully it'll do great!

alright! Let hope it crawls its way at least into the top 20 from here. I dont expect sales as big as The Order, but I hope it can do 450k WW week 1 (It should get decent sales in Japan so that should help, think 70k or so there)

Sweet. Can start following that after The Order starts to cool off in a few days

The Order at #7 & #44. Not too bad, still getting outsold by MM though.

Doesn't appear to be a hardware boost in effect for the game, which is disappointing. It is a new IP, but I had hoped it would have had a greater impact already. Maybe Bloodborne and Battlefield next month will do more

My guess is 20% WoW boost. I don't think Bloodborne will have much effect. PC fans of the Souls games will resist before deciding to get PS4 just for this game. No doubt even though they think it will get great reviews they will also be holing off and waiting to see if it is all that as well. There aren't enough Xbox fans of the Sould series to really matter. So that just leaves the PS3 fans of the Souls series who will give the PS4 a modest boost, but even that fanbase is low enough not to really cause a big lift. The first PS4 exclusive that will really cause a huge lift IMO (like >100% WoW) will be Uncharted.

On Amazon at least adding all 3 The Order skus together could well mean it's beating MM. Though because Amazon is unreliable as a software indicator I think MM is likely to be ahead of The Order in the NPD top 10.

I agree with others who say Amazon will be wrong in predicting the NPD winner this month, but it will still be right in predicting which is ahead out of PS4 and Xb one. I've already stated that I think Amazon is not good with handhelds and that really it can only be relied on, so far, to predict the home console hardware positions. If Wii U was more competetive it might not have even been any good at that, given they aren't official Nintendo sellers. If Xb one drops low enough and Wii U somehow has a big month (mid year price cut maybe?) then it's possible NPD will get 2 and 3 wrong. But it seems PS4 will remain constant and I don't see Wii U beating PS4 in any month. But Wii U could be an exception to the rule. In a month where Wii U rules Amazon will predict the home console winner wrongly. But when it's only between PS4 and Xb one then Amazon will (until proven otherwise) predict NPD correctly.

Yeah, any boost from Bloodborne will be very modest. More interesting to see what BF Hardline does. If Sony market it as they should then that should give the PS4 a decent boost.

Not convinced on that. BF never really felt like a series that pushed hardware, and Hardline is more of a spin off. Besides I don't think exclusive marketing will do a whole helluva lot for PS4 specifically. Not unless Sony has a specially coloured console bundle for it. Both consoles will get a boost on Hardline week, but the differential boost PS4 gets won't be much IMO. Of course outside the USA PS4 will get a better boost simply becasue it's the world outside the USA and pretty much everything goes PS4's way.

Amazon will not be wrong cause we only take in Amazon in consideration when it comes to current gen consoles. As far as we know amazon is right when it comes to PS4,Xone and WiiU.That is it!

Software, last gen and handhelds are not as accurate.

the order #7 was hoping it would be higher honestly.
PS4 #11 as others said it doesnt seem to be getting a hardware boost from the order
XB1 #19 it seems this will continue flip flopping like it has all month. going up and down a lot but never surpassing the PS4

MM is a beast.

The Order is at #7. PS4 is #12 and the XB1 fell out of the Top 20. Now that the embargo is lifted and with a low metacritic (not that I even use that as a decision tool), I'm curious to see if it negatively affects preorders.

^^ I'm expecting The Order's time near the top of the hourly to be pretty short lived from this point
