Ka-pi96, it's the same genre as "one piece pirate warriors and samurai warriors 4", or not?

I watched parts of a 15m or so video and it looked even less interesting than the usual musou game, the only thing that's better is that dmg to enemies is visualized instead of showing a health bar.
The combat looked clunky (might have been the player though), but what turned me off the most was the story part I watched - utterly terrible.

im not a sengoku basara fan but i am interested in the game, although i doubt i will even buy it this year since there is so many other games coming out.

Shinovi Versus was rare game I actually platinumed. So debate is buying it on Vita, PS4 or both. My guess is both.
