I've been trying to figure it out, but apparently im a bit of a derp.  I used to do it by pasting Youtubes Old script into the HTML script when creating a topic - but Youtube ended the old embedding script support. 

So I have to ask, how do we do it now?  and...Why isnt there a media insert button for OP's anyway?

just to clarify, where to you insert the code into the post.  Do you paste it into the HTML editor?

Both works. If it doesn't parse the code on the first try just click edit and submit.

I find this website to be so cumbersome and annoying to use. Simple things on other forums like embedding a YouTube video or multi-quoting are a nightmare here. Definitely in need of an upgrade (or downgrade to how it was years ago.). It's such a shame, because the community here is top of the line.
