Do you have a link stating this? And even if that's the case (God of War PSP is "stronger" than God of War 1/2 on the PS2), I imagine it's a bit easier to pack in extra triangles on a much smaller screen estate.

Meh! Still don't care about the game. Expecially as Kratos seems to "Bad a**". I know thats stupid, but the character doesn't interest me one bit.

OMG! ok that's it. it's decided. I will be getting a PSP in the near future. With this and FF:CC and FF:Dissidia I can no longer ignore it.

Actually this is something that I had read in numerous articles after the PSP's release.  I'm sure they stated that potentially, especially because the PSP's screen resolution is lower than the PS2 standard resolution that the PSP could shift more information onscreen.

Anyway, I'd really not said much about it, as it seemed the PS2 was graphically better than the PSP, but I suppose, if you think that the PSP is only really 2 years into it's lifecycle and the PS2 is 7 years now and developers have had 7 years + to get as much as possible out of the system.

One this is for sure, expect to see bigger and better looking games on the PSP in the years that follow. 

 Finally, a person that recognizes the PSP has some great games coming.  I hope the FF games are good...

I had a thread entitled Your 5 most anticipated games of 2007?

In it I had Metal Gear Solid:Portable Ops, Monster Hunter Portable 2, Jeanne D'Arc, Silent Hill Origins and God of War: Chains of Olympus.

This year is a huge year for the PSP with Final Fantasy Tactics due in the US and EU in October, Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core due in September in Japan and expected in the US by the end of the year.  Although Final Fantasy Dissidia doesn't have a release date yet, although I expect it to be released sometime this year in Japan with maybe a US and EU release at the start of 2008.

There are also a fair selection of other games coming out for the PSP like the new Star Wars Battleground which will be the only Battleground game out this year and it's PSP specific.  There are so many more other games as well...so if you like your Final Fantasies....then get yourself a PSP this year.
