I buy a confuse ray and use it on Charizard. As confusion is a volatile status and not a standard status effect, it can be stacked on top of status effects such as poison.

If you really want this to end, uran, you'll agree to that confusion/poison status and exploit the technique yourself. It is possible in every game, so it should work here.

Clever! It works that way in the games, and the rules don't say anything about it working differently here, so I'm surprised no one tried this yet! Maybe because every Pokemon was holding a persim berry for the longest time...
