I've been banned off of here several dozen times since early 2008. I couldn't tell you all the accounts I've had.

Usually I just sign up when ever I wanna say something. There's no IP banning in this site and you don't even have to confirm your email. You can get banned then sign back up and be on here again literally within a minute.
