I would rather play nothing than play an indie game. If for some reason indie games became the only games available to play then I would gladly give up video gaming entirely rather than play them.

I would go out of my way to NOT play an indie game. I think I'd honestly rather do chores around the house than spend time playing an indie game.

So basically you are anti-local/small business.

Not really, there are a lot of good ones too.

No, I don't ignore them.

Not sure how you define "Indie Game", but there have been self-published games from smaller developers and shareware games on PC for a very long time.

I played some 2D platformers when they were almost dead on consoles during the 5th and 6th generation. Mosty freeware like Cave Story, my first paid one was Gish (it's free nowadays).

The first one that I bought on a console was World of Goo.

Some are really great titles such as Dust, Journey, Unfinished Swan ect... However, many are not so good but just the same as full retail priced games I suppose.

I didn't buy my XB1 to play indie games, but if I like a game I will play it. The problem is that very few are actually worth playing imo.

PS very few in the aspect of how many indies are released.

No I'm just anti garbage.

When a good one comes out, like Meme Run, I buy it day one. I try to avoid shovelware games like Shovel Knight and Transistor

Yes but I do buy the most popular ones with great reviews. Unfortunately most of them suck and I don't like wasting my time and money on them.

No, Super Meat Boy is indie and it's one of my favourite games ever and I am quite excited for No Man's Sky and Mighty No. 9. For me time and money are currently the problems.
