Most of my favorite 7th gen games are indies, so no, I believe that any game has the same potential as long as it's given the necessary care.

This!

In many AAA cases the publishers don't let their developers give their games the care they need and get rushed to finish. For passionated Indie developers, their game is their baby, which practically guarantees they will do anything they can to make it as good as they can. Not that this ain't the case in AAA productions, but like I said, often the publisher just don't let them.

I don't ignore indie games but I've lost much of my enthusiasm for them.

I played a bunch of indie and indie-esque games throughout the 7th gen so I'm a little burned on the novelty of them.

I find many $60 games generally more gratifying and memorable experiences. But I dabble on indie/indie-esque games on occasion. There are few indie titles I've played in my sig.

I ignore them completely. I have limited time to spend on gaming, so I'd rather spend it on a proven game than explore a bunch of indies. I've had PS+ for a while, and didn't even download a single indie game on offer.
I play what I enjoy, and I don't enjoy indies. At all.

I used to ignore them, but with the SALES that Nintendo are having, I bought many indie games and some of them are excellent, like Shovel Knight!

Sort of... If its inspired by games like Metroid or Quake, i would buy it.

I ignore about 99% of them. Every once in a while a good one comes a long that I like.

I play all the freebies from PS plus thats all I have time for I mean I havent finished DA:I yest just started GTAV barely touched LBP3, still playing DC oh and Smash and RE:R:R. Played First light for 5 mins and honestly get overwhelmed with all the other indies. Oh forgot about COD only made it to lvl36 online. Im at the point I need to delete stuff off my HDD that I havent even played. I actually sold my X1 because there is just too much to play :(

I used to but the Wii U and 3ds eshop showed me that indie games can be really great when you give them a chance.

I would rather play nothing than play an indie game. If for some reason indie games became the only games available to play then I would gladly give up video gaming entirely rather than play them.

I would go out of my way to NOT play an indie game. I think I'd honestly rather do chores around the house than spend time playing an indie game.
