Its a house, two bedrooms one bathroom four stall detached garage, the land is about the size of a soccer field and a hafe.  Cheap living, the closest city to me is an hour drive and its around 750,000 population.  The closest town is about 6 min. away and its around 22,000 population.  I live out in the country.

@davygee Sounds nice. Semi-detached means like 2 house-like apartments in same house, with own entrances and yards? I'm not familiar with what do you call each house type in english. How many years to go? @hellothere Sounds a bit small, but then again, you didn't have any family. How big in sq? Is it in an expensive area?

We recently changed our mortgage so that we can pay off the house earlier.  We've been in the house for 6 years next month and have reduced the term.  Initially, we had 25 years from moving into the house...but we now have around 8-9 years left.

I can't wait to pay it off though....wouldn't mind having an extra £700 per month in my back pocket.  That's why I can't spend £400 on a PS3....I need to pay the mortgage. 

Jeez you kids. I'm paying $3.15/gal in Ohio, $2.79 for Diesel (or upto $2.85), ethanol is about $2.80-5 a gallon. Rent can be somewhat decent around here, an apartment is $400 on up to around $750 for a 4 bedroom 1 bath house.

this gas Alcohol costs R$ 2,40 (U$ 1,20) last time I saw... pure Alcohol costs R$ 1,41 (U$0,70)...

In Northern Canada we are currently paying 1.20/Litre. Thats in CAD. im to lazy to convert it to anything else right now. Crappy thing we drill a lot of oil and gas out from right close to where i live but apparently (this is just a rumor in town) is that we ship most of it off to Chicago and pay the jacked up price when we get it back from the states.
