Comparing it...in US Dollars it's $1.90 per litre

In Gallons...in the UK it's  £4.26 per gallon

In Euros it's 6.20E per gallon

In US Dollars it's $8.36 per gallon.

@Davygee You are using the wrong gallon, if you are targeting the USAns here, you used British gallon, which is 4.4 litres, when USAns understands gallon as US gallon, which is 3.8 litres. @hellothere Well we were doing pretty good before kids, but with kids expenses have raised an income have lowed (due to parental vacations). Current rent we are paying is 700¬ , and we have loans to pay also. But yes, we are using different kind of gasoline, which indeed is more expensive to make. I think they use almost the same gasoline everywhere in EU. The thing with gasoline is something that oil companies successfully have lobbed in US. Oh, and look at the time, this isn't exactly the prime time for internet in the US.

I work nights, thats what helps me make more then the average joe. As long as there is nothing going on with family and friends I like to stay on my work schedule. You got it shitty, Im paying for a house, my mortgage payment is $580.00. Only 23 years to go. yay me.

As for Venezuela the average income is $3,490 a year. (I beleave that to be USD). Good thing the Wii is cheep. :)

@hellothere How big apartment and what kind of area? Cheap, expensive? I was just thinking one of my friend at work, who did only nightshift, he told me once, that he makes over 44000¬ a year without any overtime (or what do you call it?). Nighshifts really are good, if it's possible to work at nights.

Oh right sorry, it still makes it over $7 per gallon in comparison to what we pay.

And and folks...don't talk about mortgages in the UK...they are astronomical at the moment and my wife and myself consider ourselves to be lucky...as we only pay around £700 per month.
