Some of you are aware that a tech demo was released early on in the PS4's infancy demonstrating the prowess that such a machine could possess.  This tech demo, known as The Dark Sorcerer was developed and presented by Quantic Dream; Offering an interesting and often hysterical take on what acting might be like in the virtual world, many have wondered whether or not we'll ever actually see a game based on this graphical presentation.  

So VGChartz, what I ask you is if Quantic Dream were indeed slaving away behind closed doors bringing this game to fruition, what Genre would you want it to be?  

Given Quantic Dreams history of developing 'interactive movie games' would you think that they're capable of making such an interesting short into an even more interesting full fledged game? 

What other developer might be more capable to achieve commercial success with this title given what we've seen?

Lastly, what was your overall initial impression after catching the trailer? Did its technical aspects impress? Were you left wanting more?

i doubt we'll see a game from this concept but QD's next title should have amazing production values.

Quantics Dreams demos usually arent turned into games. the casting and the kara tech demos werent turned into games. (even though they used some assets from the casting demo in heavy rain)

i doubt we'll see this game or that it will come close to looking like that lol

Wow.... wow. That was weird at first, but I'm glad I sat through.  

The whole thing would go down pretty well as a point and click-like comedy adventure. Im just not sure if the market for an old school point and click is on consoles anymore.

I'm not speculating that they're making a game from this tech demo, I'm saying What If.

The bolded in OP are really the points of topic I'd like to discuss lol. What would you WANT this game to be essentially.  What kind of game would suit the style they've shown? (RPG, Action Adventure, Puzzle game, FPS)
