Bland environments from what I've seen so far. It's a little depressing they couldn't do more being how small the map is. Looks good though.

(FF15's models really are lovely though. In many respects they're a step above the CGI ones in FF12).


I guess it would be possible... If the usual crowd from the Nintendo side of the spectrum didn't predictably come into each FFXV related thread to downplay it...

Agreed, the game seems to be rendered in 900p with somewhat weak AA. They are utilizing the resources somewhere else, full dynamic lighting system comes to mind. Hopefully it will improve.

I will always prefer reduced effects to reduced resolution because reduced resolution ruins the whole picture.

Though I know Square and I will not be surprised if they make it 900p to squeeze in more fireworks. Japanese don't give a shit about resolution.

Seems realistic to me =P

Seriously though the game looks amazing and seemingly realstic areas have been a part of every FF game like ever so Im not going to complain and say they need to go back to what they used to do because well... this is what theyve always done.
