Biggest in terms of what? Because it clearly must be budget and not the size of the game.

how do you know?

We obviously don't know for sure yet, but i'd say its a reasonable assumption. What we've seen of QB (along with what they've said), implies its focused on centralized content, likely for the sake of the story (similar to TO:1886). Games like that are rarely "big" in terms of size. AW was pretty big, when you consider all the extras.

I personally hope that's the case, anyway. QD's story strikes me as the kind that would benefit a lot from being delivered as a constant stream of high production value action. The central threat seems quite urgent :p

Edit: On a side note, they're releasing it with a TV series aren't they? I suppose that could become a source of additional side content, which would be pretty cool.

You haven't tread the title properly either.

Remedy's biggest game... not the xbox one's biggest game.

I did, i just forgot to mention AW (i had it in my spell check, but pasted the previous edit). I edited it a moment later. You reply fast

I LOVED Alan Wake to death, and I really enjoy TPS with a strong narration.
I'm really interested in this game.

Yep Alan Wake was amazing a true gem from last gen.

I was never able to get into Alan Wake... I think that had more to do with me than the game itself though. I'm a scaredy cat with horror games. I did manage to finish it eventually though! :p

So he confirmed 2015 then. I wonder if it was touch and go for a while, considering the game wasn't mentioned on the video MS put out on what was coming to Xbox One this year.

Looks pretty good so far. Time mechanic seems decent, hopefully they have some inventive uses for it.

I'm still sceptical on the "feature film" portion of the game. If not executed well, it could drag the quality of the entire experience.
Perhaps that is why they refer to the game as biggest ever for them?

Indeed. I'm still hoping for a sequel though...

Maybe someday !

Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean you are necessarily right.

I'm actually the same way I could not beat the deadspace games they were to scary.  At some points I had to mute the sound so I could get through the game. Eventually I just quit.

I didn't find Alan wake that scary though.

That's yet to be seen. Especially if the story elements require multiple playthroughs.

Just give me a date. This, and/or a Gears Collection, are insta-buy/system sellers!

shinobi said it was september. which seems more than likely now.

Xbone just keeps on getting better than the best. First Scalebound potentially being "game of all time" and now this. Go PS, that's Phil Spencer by the way.
