What are you doing with your mice that you have to replace them that often? A few weeks ago i bought my first mouse in nearly 10 years. A SS Rival replaced my MX518 after the left mouse button started doing random double clicks.

"Nowhere near as bad as the Roccat Kone however, whos lift off is a rediculous 12-20mm"

Holy cats, that would drive me crazy.

Logitech gaming mice have spoiled me because of the indention on the side, mice without that extra grip bug me now.

The Kana v2 looks like it should be in a Portal game.

1.5km a day!? :o

Does sound like a pretty good mouse. I usually avoid 'gaming' mice because of accidently clicking those side buttons so having them more out of the way than usual sounds good. You mention lift off distance as well, that's something I've never even noticed, but I guess it's important when you use a mouse a lot.
It looks pretty cool as well

Oh, what was the app you used to track the usage? I'm kind of curious how much I use mine now. I don't expect anywhere near that much, but these things can be surprising.

The app is called Mousotron, give it a try!
